Neil Jeffery, Director, Engaging Solutions
Neil has two decades international experience in building relations between government, civil society and business and is an expert in corporate social responsibility and stakeholder engagement, particularly in emerging markets. He has successfully worked with large blue chip companies, North American and European public authorities and policymakers, including Members of the U.S. Congress and the European Commission, and senior management in large charities. Previous clients have included the Coca Cola Company, the European Commission, Cranfield School of Management, International Business Leaders Forum and Christian Aid.
Neil is a specialist in racial and religious diversity, environmental impact, good governance, human rights, international protection mechanisms, conflict analysis, and refugees and internal displacement. Neil has a BA Hons and MA from the University of Cambridge, an MSt. (equivalent) from the University of Oxford and an MBA with distinction from Sir John Cass Business School. He is fluent in Spanish and has a good working knowledge of Portuguese.

Based on his practical experience he has developed a series of innovative tools for analysis, planning, training and evaluation which he has successfully used with business and NGO clients. In addition to experience in stakeholder engagement, he has a demonstrable track record in organizational development, financial management, personnel management, research, training and, public/media relations skills. As an entrepreneurial director and team leader he has established and developed institutions in both the U.S. and Europe.
